This is great information! Thank you so much for sharing.
very interesting; I’ve also been told that you can take some of the pine needles (green) & heat them for a few minutes in clean water. I tried this & added a little sugar to make it a little more palatable & it was not a bad drink. It is supposed to be very healthy for you. Have you heard of this?
No Beth, but I’ll check into it… thanks & be well
If you don’t already know “American Sign Language” you should learn it. If you sat on your hands, I fairly think you could NOT talk. Your speech is so accurately “read” as well. I am not deaf but I do read lips as I’m involved in interpreting and have lost some hearing. I enjoyed your video and site and am just reinventing myself to be a healthier person. I have always been close to nature but not medicinally. Keep up the good work until as Isaiah 25:8 says…death will be swallowed up forever. Gabby
Did I miss something? How do you prepare/use the pine pollen?
You’ll see this in the video attached to the post. I collect pine pollen during the season, grin and save in clean glass jar, and you may also save it in the freezer up to 1 year. Be well
